Overview

Within the design team, I spearheaded the redesign of Garden’s core subpages — Routes Overview, Route Details, FAQs, Jobs, Security, and Developers — to align the platform’s visual and structural language with its technical ambition.
The goal extended beyond usability: it was about repositioning Garden as a mature, enterprise-grade player in the Web3 infrastructure space.

Insights

As Garden scaled, the website needed to evolve from a protocol landing page into a credible representation of a growing infrastructure company. The challenge wasn’t only to explain liquidity routing, but to express trust, transparency, and scale — values that resonate with both users and developers.

Key Observations:

  • The existing design lacked a cohesive structure and brand maturity.

  • Garden’s growing technical ecosystem required pages that could scale with new integrations.

  • Developers and institutional users sought reliable, security-focused information before interacting with the protocol.

Concept

The concept revolved around turning Garden’s informational subpages into statements of credibility.
Each page was designed to feel intentional and data-driven, blending technical precision with brand elegance.

Approach by Page:

  • Routes Overview / Details: Data visualization-led layouts highlighting performance, reliability, and transparency.

  • Developers: Structured documentation space optimized for quick scanning and integration references.

  • Security: Communicated audits and responsible disclosure with clarity and depth.

  • Jobs: Simplified yet aspirational design showcasing Garden’s culture and mission.

  • FAQs: Reduced cognitive load through categorized, expandable content tailored for community and partners alike.

Process

1. Start with intention
Began by defining what each page should evoke, focusing on emotion and clarity before any visual direction.

2. Structure the story
Mapped the flow of information so every subpage supports a larger narrative of trust, scale, and transparency.

3. Design with behavior in mind
Built grids, motion, and rhythm that respond naturally to how users explore and interact with the product.

4. Create visual depth
Refined the use of gradients, spacing, and typography to balance sophistication with readability.

5. Build together
Collaborated closely with developers to maintain precision in transitions and consistency across every detail.

Impact

The redesign established a new visual and informational foundation for Garden’s brand and product communication.
